TABICAを通さず直接ゲストと取引を行うことや、

ゲストに直接取引を持ちかけることは重大な規約違反です。

ゲストに対して、TABICAに掲載している体験以外の宣伝・勧誘をすることも利用規約で禁止されています。

▼保険の取り組み

TABICAでは全てのゲストホストの皆さんに、

TABICAケア制度を通して、怪我や物品破損の補償をおこなっており、

安心して両者が体験を楽しめるよう取り組んでいます。

そのためTABICAを通して予約を行っていない取引で、もし怪我や事故が起こった場合は、

治療費・入院費・賠償金の支払いなど個人の責任や負担が非常に大きくなります。

▼金銭トラブル

TABICAで予約をせず直接参加したゲストから体験料金の支払いがない等の金銭トラブルが発生する危険もあります。

それを避けるために第三者が体験料金をお預かりし、間違いなくホストへ報酬が支払われるよう、

金銭トラブルの不安をかかえずにホストが安心して楽しめるようサービスを提供しております。

▼違反者へのペナルティ

• 直接取引への誘導が発覚した場合は、ゲストホスト問わずアカウントの停止対象となります。
• 悪質な場合は違約金の支払い義務が発生します。

ご自身でなくても、そのようなゲストホストの言動を発見した場合は、

TABICAにご連絡くださいますようお願いいたします。

【Host】Mixing non TABICA guests

To deal directly with guests without going through TABICA, proposing a deal directly to a guest is a serious violation of the rules.

It is also prohibited by the terms of use to promote or solicit guests other than the experiences posted on TABICA.

▼ Insurance initiatives

At TABICA, we provide compensation for injuries and damage to goods through the TABICA care system to all guest hosts.

We are working to ensure that both parties can enjoy the experience with safety.

Therefore, if you are injured or have an accident in a transaction that you have not made a reservation through TABICA, Individual responsibilities and burdens such as treatment costs, hospital charges, and payment of compensation will be extremely large.

▼ Financial trouble

There is also a risk of financial troubles such as not paying the experience fee from guests who participated directly without making a reservation at TABICA.

To avoid that, TABICA will keep the experience fee and definitely pay the host as a third party.

We provide such a services so that the host can enjoy with safety without worrying about financial troubles.

▼ Penalty for violators

If a direct transaction is found, the account will be suspended regardless of the guest or host.

If that is malicious, you will be obliged to pay the penalty.
