TABICAではゲストホスト間のトラブルを防ぐために、参加料金の決済をTABICAを介して行っており、
現地で体験料金を受け取ることは禁止しております。
利用規約違反となり、退会処分となる場合もありますのでご注意ください。

ゲストはTABICAへ、クレジットカードもしくは銀行振込いずれかの支払い方法で体験料金を支払い、TABICAは手数料を差し引いた金額をホストへお支払いします。

予約締切期限を過ぎた後、開催当日に参加の希望があった場合は、参加者の情報をTABICAへお知らせください。
TABICAからゲストへ体験料金の徴収を行い、売上をシステムに登録いたします。
これにより予定外の参加者分もシステム上で参加人数や売上金額の確認が行えるようになります。

【Host】Receiving cash on the event

In order to prevent troubles between guest hosts, the fee settlement must through TABICA, and it is prohibited to receive the experience fee by cash on the event.

Please note that you may be dismissed from the membership due to a violation of the terms of use.

The guest pays the experience fee to TABICA by either credit card or bank transfer, and TABICA pays the host the amount after deducting the commission.

If guest or extra member wish to participate on the day of the event after the booking deadline, please inform TABICA management office of the participant information.

TABICA will collect the experience fee from the guest and register the sales in the system.

This makes it possible to check the number of participants and the amount of sales on the system even for unscheduled participants.
