体験紹介ページには詳細住所は掲載せず、最寄り駅などの大まかな開催場所を設定しましょう。

予約者のみに詳細を開示する方法は以下の通りです。

 

▼参加者へのお知らせ 

参加者へのお知らせは【開催確定期限後(開催が確定すると)】ゲストに表示される仕組みになっています。

ゲストは開催確定期限後、予約照会画面から【参加者へのお知らせ】ボタンを押すことでその内容を読むことができます。

下記手順にて、参加者へのお知らせに記入したい事柄を入力し、設定してください。

 

ＰＣからの場合

∟TABICAへログイン後＞右上のアイコンをクリック＞ダッシュボードをクリック＞ホストメニュー＞体験管理＞該当の体験＞編集＞高度設定タブ＞参加者へのお知らせ ＞記入したい事柄を入力

 

スマホからの場合

∟TABICAへログイン後＞右上のアイコンをクリック＞ホストメニュー＞体験管理＞編集＞該当の体験＞高度設定タブ＞参加者へのお知らせ ＞記入したい事柄を入力

 

※参加者へのお知らせを設定していない場合、ゲストの予約照会ページに【参加者へのお知らせ】ボタンが表示されません

※開催確定期限前(開催が確定していないとき)は、【参加者へのお知らせ】ボタンはグレーで表示され、ゲストが参加者へのお知らせを読むことは出来ません 

 

 

▼集合場所の写真

開催場所までの道順を写真と文章で伝えることができます。

下記手順にて、目印となる場所の画像などを設定してください。

 

ＰＣからの場合

∟TABICAへログイン後＞右上のアイコンをクリック＞ダッシュボードをクリック＞ホストメニュー＞体験管理＞編集＞該当の体験＞高度設定タブ＞集合場所の写真＞「ファイルアップロード」ボタン

 

スマホからの場合

∟TABICAへログイン後＞右上のアイコンをクリック＞ホストメニュー＞体験管理＞編集＞該当の体験＞高度設定タブ＞集合場所の写真＞「ファイルアップロード」ボタン

 

 

▼画像をアップロードしたら

画像をアップロードすると、画像の下に「画像の説明を入力してください」と書かれたフリーテキスト欄が表示されます。画像をアップロードしないと表示されません。

 

字数制限は100文字ですので、必要な場合は100文字以内で補足の文言をご記入下さい。

 

URLを書き込むこともできますが、リンク先へは自動で飛べない仕様(ただの文字としての表示)となりますので、ご了承下さい。

 

※ 設定が終わったら必ず「公開」してください

 

※開催確定期限を迎え体験の開催が確定したら、グループ機能より、

「集合場所住所は、予約照会の【参加者へのお知らせ】ボタンより確認してください。」

「集合場所は、TABICAへログイン＞予約照会＞該当の予約内【集合場所】【地図】ボタンから確認してください。」

 

というような内容を予約者に向けてご案内し、見逃しが無いよう配慮しましょう。

または、体験紹介ページの「注意事項」にあらかじめ記載しておくと、ゲストから同じ質問を受けずに確認を促せます。

【Host】Home address setting in private

Please do not post the exact address on the experience introduction page, just set a rough venue such as the nearest station or landmark.

How to disclose the details only to the booked guests is below.

 

▼ Information for guests

The Information for guests is displayed to the guest [after the cancel deadline (when the event is confirmed)], and the guest can click the [Information for guests] button from the bookings.

They can read the contents after that.

The setting method is as follows.

 

•  For PC (Browser)

∟ After logging in to TABICA ＞ Click the icon on the upper right ＞ Click the dashboard ＞ Host menu ＞ Experience ＞ Applicable experience ＞ Edit ＞ Advanced setting ＞ Information for guests＞ Enter what you like to inform

 

•  For Smartphones (Browser)

　　　∟ Please skip the [Click the dashboard] process from above.

 

* If you have not set the "Information for guests", the [Information for guests] button will not be displayed on the guest booking section.

* Before the cancel deadline (when the event is not confirmed yet), the [Information for guests] button is displayed as grey out, and guests cannot read it.

 

 

▼ Photo of the meeting place

You can inform the directions to the venue with photos and sentences.

The setting method is as follows.

 

•  For PC (Browser)

∟ After logging in to TABICA ＞ Click the icon on the upper right ＞ Click the dashboard ＞ Host menu ＞ Experience ＞ Edit ＞ Applicable experience ＞ Advanced settings ＞ Photo of meeting place ＞ "File upload" button 

 

•   For Smartphones (Browser)

　　   ∟ Please skip the [Click the dashboard] process from above.　　

 

Set the image of the places, signs and landmarks.

 

When you uploaded the image, it will appear "Please enter a description of the image" below the image.

The free text field is displayed. (* It will not be displayed unless you upload the image)

The character limit is 100 characters, please enter a supplementary wording within 100 characters if necessary.

You can write the URL, but please note that the link destination will not be automatically skipped (displayed as just characters).

Be sure to save it after completing the settings.

 

* When the cancel deadline is passed and the experience is confirmed, send a message to the guests such as "Please find the meeting address from the [Information for guests] button on your booking section" from the group function.

 

It is a good idea to guide the booked guests such contents so that they will not be overlooked.

 

Alternatively, if you write it in the "Precaution" in advanced setting, it might help you to avoid the same question from the guest.
